If you submit credit/debit card details to make an online purchase, we do not keep a record of these payment details.

We would like to send you information about special offers, products and services that we think will interest you. For this purpose we offer the option to subscribe to email newsletters. This is not required, and you can opt out of receiving these at any time. If you do choose to receive email newsletters, we will take your email address and ask your consent to send emails to you. The emails we send will contain details of promotions, special offers, launches etc. If you have placed orders with us, we will use that data to ensure you receive emails that are relevant to you (for example featuring types of products and offers that we think you will be interested in, offers available in your country, etc.). DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Our current processing time is 2 weeks on clothing and 1 week on prints and stationery.
We make each item to order and appreciate your patience. Busy periods may make this a little longer - we are a super small team!
Standard UK Shipping  is FREE ON ORDERS OVER £30 or £3.95 on all orders!

RETURNS

All sales are final once your purchase is made.

 

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if on the very rare occasion that your product is damaged in transit, we will exchange or refund. Please contact us at hello@whenalicesleeps.com or DM us on Instagram and we will instruct you on how to return the item. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
